    Form not working on my web page

    Had 3 calls this morning about my form not working?


    Please help, I've looked into JotForm and it wont open the editor page either.

    I have checked your web page and see that the form is displaying normally. 

    I have tried submitting your form on the web page and I was able to submit the form without any issue. Also, as I check your account it is in good standing now. Please check now and let us know if you are still experiencing any issue. We will be happy to assist you further.

    I’ve tried as-well .. please see the attachment Its not allowing me to edit anything either

    How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

    I have also tested your embedded form and it is working properly on my end. It also seems that you have two different issues. Your form is not working for your users and you are unable to edit your form on your account. Is that correct? 

    Regarding your first issue - Were you able to replicate mentioned issue? Do you maybe know which browser were your users using?

    Regarding your second issue - Please try to use some other browser or try to edit your form on some other device. You can also try to use incognito mode
