I have created a customer schedule form

    So, I have created a customer schedule form. We need to be able to submit a customer schedule to customers who ask. Is there any easy way for me to fill this out and email it to customers who want the information? I do not really need it on my website but rather, a form I can quickly fill out for customer requests.

    That's possible with JotForm. 

    You can create a form from scratch or find ready-made forms in our form templates page. After, that add an autoresponder in your form so users who fill the form will receive a copy of their information. You can also customize your autoresponder message if you want to add more information or add anything in it.

    Then, publish your form and take your form URL. You can share the form URL to your customers so they can fill them.
