Why submission emails are not going through?

Secondly how this is working for some but not others I can't figure out.   When it can be filled out by other employees it will not send me a notification even though I have my email address in the notifications box.

Regarding the submission email not coming through, I checked and it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:

Reason(s) : smtp; 554-mail.methodistfamily.org

I took necessary actions to remove it from our bounce list so you should be able to receive submissions now.
