Preview 'fill form' option not showing

Hi,   My recent form build does not offer the 'Fill Form' option when I select 'Preview'.  Other forms do offer that.  Why does this form not offer that?  Thanks,  Andy

I checked a few of my own forms and the form builder autofill seems to no longer appear.  There are many browser addons that can be used to junk fill forms.  I personally use Junkfill with Google Chrome browser.
