There are no highlighted sections showing that they need completed.  I've worked on this forever and cannot figure out where I'm going wrong.  Here's the link to the form: https://form.jotform.com/40965506463156

Thank you in advance for any help!

I checked your form https://www.jotform.us/form/40965506463156 and I noted that almost all of the fields were set as *Required fields/questions. And you have Condition logic on the form that Show/Hide the *required fields...

This meant that if the *required field is hidden, and the end-user was not able to fill in/answer, then it will be not possible to submit the form since there were unfulfilled required fields/question.

To fix, please make sure that if the field is hidden, they should not be *required anymore. You can either assign a condition rule to remove the required validation or simply unrequire the field.

Hope this help. Let us know if you're still not able to resolve it.

Hi Jonathon!  Thanks for looking at this form.  I double checked the "conditions" and the items that are potentially hidden are not listed as required.  The items labeled as 1 are all required, but they are all showing.

What else could I be missing?  Could there be something hidden that I don't know is hidden?

    Thanks again,
    Emily

I opened your form and I did a test submission. I was able to submit the form without any problem. Here's a screenshot of the Thank You page:

I also checked the condition and I can see that it is hiding or showing the assigned fields properly. The fields that will appear is not set as required so even if the user chose the 2nd option, you should be able to submit the form without any error.

Are you still experiencing this problem in your form? Let us know so that we can further investigate.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

I don't know what happened, but it is working now!  Thank you.

Now, I have one more question. How can I expand the data boxes to fill the page?  I created this form a while back and jotform has changed since then.  I would like it to fill the page when it prints so it will use less paper and be a bit more efficient.

We're glad it's all sorted out now. Since your last question is different from the topic being discussed here, I have created a separate thread for you https://www.jotform.com/answers/934667

We'll have it addressed there shortly.
