I find that my edits on my form does not reflect in the PDF I receive and the copy my client gets will be the same.
As some of these fields consist of T&C's it is important to get these onto the PDF report mailed.
How can I reset the PDF so that it will by default show ALL the fields hidden or not?

If you want that all information, text and headers are shown inside of your PDF report you need to check Show Headers and Text option inside of your submission page. Also if you want to show empty fields you need to uncheck Auto Hide Empty Fields option.
