How to have a PayPal button on forms?

Hello, my paypal button isn't working so I deleted and tried to add it again but it says I still have a payment form attached, and I do not..

I have checked your form and found the PayPal payment field in it.

You need to enable "Use Checkout Buttons" option from the PayPal's payment field properties to show the PayPal button instead of the normal submit button.

Below is what it will look like after enabling the option.

I clicked yes ot the checkout button but the button is not appearing on my form. Help?

It is because you have removed your submit button. You still need to have a submit button on your form and it will just be automatically converted to a PayPal button if the option mentioned above is enabled. 

I have added a submit button to your form. You will notice that if you load your form The PayPal button is already there.

I just checked your form and pressed the submit button and it's working fine. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and try again? or you can try using a different browser to check if it's a browser cache issue or actually a form issue.
