    Hi,

I am currently on the Bronze account, my form allows users to upload photos and it prompts the form to send it to multiple recipients. However I have been having issues with submissions that have multiple photos, I can't seem to receive the email notification when there are multiple photos, only the ones with one photo gets received.

Is there a limit to the email size that is sent?

    Thanks

I see that you are referring to the account named Maintenance7E. I cloned your form and did some tests. So far I can't seem to replicate the issue that you encountered on the cloned version. I uploaded several photos to the cloned form and I was able to receive the email notification along with the images.

I believe the only limit on the email notification is related to the email attachments. Email service providers only limit the file attachments for up to 15MB. If the uploads exceed that limit, then the email will not have attachments and instead you will get a warning. Nevertheless, if you exceed the limit, you should still be able to receive the email successfully.

Can you please clear your form cache and browser cache then try submitting a form with multiple files again? If the issue persists, please let us know.
