Designer is not reflecting the onsite form anymore

The advanced designer mode no longer reflects my actual form on my site. Therefore I can't make any adjustments as they are not properly represented in the designer view. This problem has happened in the past and is very frustrating. please help. This is crucial to my clients site!

I have checked your form http://www.jotform.ca/form/61235044321240 and I can see it looks the same in the Designer and when embedded in your website, it looks the same when loading the direct link too. 

Also, I made some tests and I can see changes applied to the form in the Designer tool are being reflected when loading the direct link to the form: 

Are you seeing changes reflected when loading the direct link to your form? 

Please do note that you may re-embed your form in your website in order to get a fresh copy of it, also do let us know the changes that you're trying to apply to your form, we will be glad to further test on our end.
