Form builder buttons not working on Firefox

I normally use Firefox as my browser but recently JotForm form builder has started to misbehave on the system. It wasn't allowing me to click certain buttons in the design sections etc. Now I am unable to click anything, you hover over a button and it highlights but clicking doesn't do anything.

I also have Chrome installed on my PC so I have been reverting to this browser whenever I need jotform but it is hardly ideal.

Would it be possible to look into why this is happening please

    Regards

    Eli

    Hello Eli,

I check JotForm on firefox browser but I am unable to reproduce the problem you've reported. Perhaps it was just a browser cache issue on your end. I suggest to please logout from your JotForm account, clear your Firefox browser's cache and cookies and recheck. This usually solves the problem.

If that doesn't make a difference, reset your firefox browser. Guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

    Hope this helps!
