Hi, I just set up this form today, and I completed a test booking and submitted it, but havent received the information through to my email account.  I can see the response by logging into my jotform account, so it was successfully submitted but just no email, which is really important.  I followed the steps in the FAQ section to ensure my contact email was setup to receive notifications correctly and everything looks right, just still, no email.

I'd be really grateful for a bit of help!

    Thanks,

    Amanda

    Hi,

We apologise for what this issue has caused you. I have tried making a submission of your form and was successful delicevered in your jotform account. I have checked our mail logs ad seems mails are sent. (see mail logs )

    monk: /var/log/mail.log:Apr 20 14:40:26 monk sm-mta[10045]: q3KIeOHa010043: to=<admin@wiredaerialtheatre.com>, delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:02, mailer=esmtp, pri=125151, relay=wiredaerialtheatre.com.s5a1.psmtp.com. [64.18.4.10], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (Thanks)

I checked you form setting and found having two identical notification accounts, please try to delete them and create one notification account and  Change the Sender Email of your notification emails to noreply@jotform.com

Lastly have your email servide provider whitelist our Jotmail email servers, there ip addresses are shown in this link; http:jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Lets know if this works and you need further assistance.

    Hi,
Thanks for your suggestions! It looks like the whitelist thing was causing the problem- I've given my administrator the whitelist info and fingers crossed that should solve the problem. I'll repost if the problem persists.
    Many many thanks!
