Why am I asked to upgrade to Premium?

    Hi Guys,

    I paid for a 2yr subscription to premium, less than a year ago. Why did I get an email saying I'm almost out of space and my forms will be deactivated on Monday? Please check on this for me and let me know what info I need to provide you.

    Upon checking your account, I found out that you already exceeded the submission limits for FREE account. Your forms will be disabled for the meantime your users will be able to submit anything on it. Form will only be re-enabled once the limit refreshes, which is on the first day of the following month. If you don't like to wait, you can upgrade your account anytime you want.


     If you are sure that you have made payments for this service in the recent month or year (as indicated above about 2yr subscription) please share with us the ref# of the invoice and will check and assist you.

    Hello Steven,

    I managed to find your payment receipt from July 11th 2011.

    I have reupgraded you to Premium. 

    We are currently doing an inventory of paid accounts and its probable that we couldnt locate your payment. We are very sorry about that confusion.
