I am trying to capture Tyre Depth from Jotform, for that it should capture Previous Entry Date, that time odometer reading, Tyre Position (e.g. Front left etc) then the user will add current odometer reading, current data and current Tyre depth and submit the form.

These information will be added to MySQL.

    It it possible with JotForm?

We have given below the URL in the form currently we have created "WITH OUT" pre-fill "DATA FIELDS", in this case the pre-population will be connected to that particular vehicle number.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, this is not possible to achieve inside of the form builder. The currently available functionality is exporting or pushing the data to your database form the form data/value. You may have a look  followşing guidance.

To pre-populate fields, we have another method. This is the guidance for it.
