If I enable encryption then I cannot export the data, it is all enrypted.

I have installed the key and the excel isn't decrypting the data. I have had to turn it back off.

That is one of the downsides of having the encryption on your form enabled. Information cannot be exported or downloaded. By allowing the downloading of information, it defeats the purpose of the encryption security of the received form submissions if the submissions can be viewable as soon as it is downloaded. So if you need to export the information your form receives, you should not use this feature.
