    No longer receiving registration confirmation emails and notifier 2 when someone registers

    Since 9/2 we have not been receiving our emailed registrations and the notifier 2 when someone registers.

    It's happened on two of our training locations. I've checked and the correct email address is set up in the system. It makes we also wonder if our Participants are receiving their emails also.

    Why is this happening? It used to work fine. I've check my spam box and nothing is there either.

    I see that your email address is in our bounce list and so you are not receiving the email notifications. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be able to receive the emails without any issue.
