Preenchimento de texto pré definido

Boa tarde, existe alguma forma de inserir os campos do formulario em um texto? ex: 

o Cliente (campo aonde o cliente ira inserir o nome), declara estar ciente dos temos. 

Exem 2: O aluno (nome do aluno) declara ter a idade de (idade que ele iria selecionar) 

existe essa possibilidade?

If I understood you right, you would like to combine text field with labels in one line. Could something like this work for you:

Maybe you could use text fields and combine them in two, or the solution below the text fields where you will pass the values from the both text fields.
