    i stopped receiving the e-mails from my forms

    hello, suddenly I stopped receiving the jotforms we use to file our clients requests.

    the e-mail to receive those forms must be admi@nannyoncallpr.com

     

    please help as soon as possible.

    We apologise for what this issue is causing you. I have checked your account and have see that indeed we have submissionsto the email stated above. (See the details below),

     Try to change the Sender Email of your notification emails to noreply@jotform.com 

    Lastly have your email servide provider whitelist our Jotmail email servers, there ip addresses are shown in this link; http:jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Lets know if this works and you need further assistance.

    this had been happening for the last 3 days...and i checked it already has the noreply@jotform.com senders....so that's not it.

    Please try to check your webmail and see if Jotform mails are marked as spam. If it is, please try to add it on your Safe Sender List.

    You can also contact your email provider and see if they have blocked email coming from Jotform. Whitelisting Jotform IP addresses should also help.

    I also stopped receiving notifications from jotform and have the return email notification sent from noreply@jotform.com. Other notification email addresses seem to get through.

    Verizon.net is overly agressive on blocking emails and won't even send them to spam. Is there a way to have jotform send emails from another address until this is resolved.

    Have you provided Verizon with our Jotmails IP addresses to add them into their Whitelist? you can get them from the list another colleague of mine (Goldo) has provided in response to a previous inquiry above

    Let us know if this sort outs the issue, but PLEASE, open new thread on the forum
