Non profit/education discount

Hello,

I sent in a message about a week ago about the Non Profit/ education discount. We are Charter School in which case both would apply. Please let me know the next steps to apply for this discount as we would like to upgrade to the silver package.

Upon checking our records, it seems you have already applied for non-profit discount and it was approved from our backend team. You must have received an email confirming the non-profit discount approval. You need to sign in to your JotForm account and then click on the "Upgrade" button which you see in the email. Please check the screenshot below:
