I sent you a screenshot of warning message. I don't know how often it
happens. I noticed it by myself but my client will not call me. They will
simple skip it. So it's not good for us.

How many times have you noticed it? It looks like it was just a brief issue. I loaded your form, and it showed up without a problem.

I told you that I'm not a user and I don't know how many times it happened.
It's not the internal form so I don't have info about that. I opened it a
few times today and I got 3 warning messages.
If you don't see any issue, I hope it's okay.
