I have established a free account to test your system out. I have tried to verify a couple different addresses to use as the reply to address in my forms. So far I have received no verification e-mail from the JotForm system. I know the JotForm system works as it did send me forgot password email and link within moments.
Please let me know if I am doing something incorrectly. Thank you.

Our mail logs shows that the verification codes, to setup your email address as your sender, have been sent:
Please check your spam/junks folder. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender. Here are our domain names:
