I have done the steps to have the email thank you with an image on another form but it is showing broken on clients but NOT on the test!

I cloned your form to test it and the image is coming through in the autoresponder email:
Depending on the email client, the images may or may not be shown by default. The email does look to be properly configured to show you image.

Since your autoresponder is being sent from your address, it may be an issue with your address as the sender. When sending from "noreply@jotform.com", the image is included. Try changing the sender email to "noreply@jotform.com" to see if that allows the images to be included in the body of the email.
