This sucks.... so many other providers have unlimited forms... I guess I will be moving my forms... You should charge based on entries, not on how many forms you have....

We understand your frustration and we do apologize if the new changes did not meet your expectation. Please understand that this is done to ensure that we can provide the best service and to have standardized fair data usage among our users.
I see you currently have 17 forms on your account. You will be able to use all these forms and remain as a Free user. However, no new forms can be created on your account. You do not need to upgrade your account to use existing forms, but if you want to create new forms, enable disabled forms, clone forms or restore deleted forms, you can choose to upgrade to the appropriate plan at any time.
