Hi Jotform
Last month i clicked the downgrade to starter as i am still in the process of building website so no need to spend the extra for Bronze but i have just been billed again.
I have logged into my account and it still shows i am on bronze even after downgrading last month

Very sorry for this inconvenience. I had cancelled and refunded this charge. You should not get further charges anymore.
