    Hi

I am trying to create a advertising/sponsorship form, I would like the advertisers to complete the form and at the same time submit their company logo onto the form and then send that logo to a specific email address for store it some where.  Can you please advise if that can be done?

    Thanks

You can allow user to upload .gif images by taking the "File Upload" field, and then can add the desired extension:
