How to load a specific folder when accessing the MyForms page

why does mine always default to admin (see below). Seems random. How do I make it default to Current? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The homepage will route you to the last folder you visited. Please try accessing the Current Forms folder before closing your browsers tab or before exiting Jotform. This way, you will return to the Current Forms folder when you access the homepage again. If the issue still persist, please try clearing your browsers cookies and cache.

nope. logged out from the correct folder. logged in, back to the old folder. BUG. Clearing a cache requests are like the old days saying to a windows user, reboot to fix the errors. No. Bug is a bug. Why is there no setting to allow us to pick the folder instead of the random last folder we were in. Make the GUI intuitive with customization - that works.

Hi, I was living with this annoyance (bug) but can't take it anymore. So I work mostly in folder Current. Everytime I work on a form and return (as I have said) it returns to folder Admin. So I moved EVERTHING from folder Admin into Current so that I would have 1 folder and the issue would bug off.

Now when I go from folder current to work on a form and return, it returns to folder forms. It always returns to somewhere I never was nor wanted to be.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Let me help you with it. When I tested on my end using Chrome and Safari browser, everything seems to be working properly. I am routed to the same folder every time I go back to My Forms Page. Here's a screencast of my result:

Can you try my colleague's advice above to clear your browser's cache to refresh your browser? Or try using a different device or browser so we know if it is the browser or the device that is causing the issue. As a precaution, I have also cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms.
