    Form not submitting

    I have a number of clients tell me today that once the click on the submit button nothing happens. The page just sits there. Need help with this asap please as it is preventing our business from running.

    I have tested the form in Chrome, Firefox, and IE and cannot get the form to submit in any of them. The issue appears to have just started up today and I don't believe any changes were made to the form that would be causing this.

    I am having similar issues.  However form will submit on Mac, however not on any PC device??

    I think I got it working again?!? Looks like one of the users who has access to the form made some edits last night that resulted in the form breaking? I reverted the form to before the changes and it appears to submit now on PC.

    Thank being said I would appreciate if support could perhaps take a look at the form and provide me with some advice on it. Are there other areas on of the form that could break like this? How can I prevent outages like this?

    Hmm so I was able to break the form again. Looks like it has something to do with the conditional logic in the form. 

    Could really use some help on this from support.

    I have retested on my form and can load from a MAC with no issues, however cannot do it from Android phone or PC.  It just hangs.

    I checked your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/53067170177253 and I found the issue to due to Condition rules setup on the form.


    There is a failing condition rule on the form due to a deleted field/s. Since the field used in the condition no longer exist, the condition rule should be remove as well.

    Please remove this condition or correct it (by pointing to the correct field.). Then, save the form.


    You have set a *required hidden field using Condition rules.


    Take note that if there is still an unfulfilled required field/question on the form, the user will not be able to submit the form (due to required validation).  Since the required field is hidden, it is possible for the user to not see it and comply to the requirement. 

    To fix make sure the *Required field will be shown (using valid condition rules). Or just remove the *Required validation on the field if you will be hiding it on the form.


    Please apply the modification suggested and then try testing again the form. Let us know if it did not resolve the issue.

    Thank you for the detailed answer! I went through the entire thing and worked out all the kinks in the conditions.
