Can I use my fillable pdf form?

I have a pdf form I'd like to use it. I just want the ability for the user to sign the form. And I want this form embedded to my website. Is this possible?

We have a tool that you would let you import a fillable PDF form and host it with Jotform to collect responses. However, the tool will only generate the same PDF file. There is no option to convert it into an online/embeddable form. 

You may consider creating the form in the form builder instead. Would you also mind sharing the PDF? Let's see if we can do something about it. Send it to support@jotform.com. Please don't forget to include this thread in your email so everyone from the team would know that I've requested the file.
