    Hi

Unfortunately my question thread has disappeared.

    Thanks for the clone (attached)

The only problem is if I have 2 items the same it does not multiply the cubic meterage by 2 (only the one)

Also is there any way you can add the clone to an existing form. As I have already built one. Or do I need to build a new form from scratch.

    Thanks Bruce

    Hi,

First off, here's how to clone existing forms into your account https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form.

    ---

I tested your matrix calculation form and it seems working fine. The cubic meter is calculating the results (see image below). Did you manage to get this resolved? If not, please let us know what exactly you want to achieve so we can assist you further.

    Hi

Would you be able to send me the clone URL as the clone I have does not calculate correctly. I can see the one you have sent me (example) is working fine.

    Thanks Bruce

    Sorry,

I have made a mistake. The above calculation is incorrect for the cubic measurement. The total should be 140 not 70. If it was 1 item in each column it would be correct.

    i.e 2 quantity items @ 3L x 4W x 2H = 48 CM not 24

    Thanks Bruce

With including the quantity, the formula should be:

    Qty x (L x W x H)

Here's the sample form I cloned from you with the proper formula: https://form.jotform.com/62678771755977
