How can I define limited submission to form field?

Hi everyone;

I want to define limit for any form field,

for example; I have a drop down list to show reservation days or room etc.

when any item of drop down list, submitted for 10 time, s form will show attention and that item won't select anymore

can I do this.. 

I would suggest you use one of these widgets to achieve that function:

1. Appointment Slots widget - This widget can limit how many people choose an available slot because the widget reduces the number of selected slots each time the form is submitted.

2. Quantity Gift Registry widget - You can use this for forms that have a limited list of items that need to be picked or selected.

3. Gift Registry widget - You can define as many items as you want availed to your form users, and also limit how many items they can pick for each submission.

4. Inventory widget - This widget is excellent for limited subscriptions, small online stores, and single item inventory management.

Can you please provide more details on the issue you are having? I am sorry I could not understand fully how you meant by they do not reduces the number of items.

The suggested widgets by our colleague have functionality wherein you can set a specific maximum quantity(number) available for an option/item. 

Example, the Gift Registry widget. You can set the available at 10 items. So if users selected an option/item, it will decrease. Until at such point everything were used/selected, then the item will not be available anymore.

You can test submit the demo form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51301543278955? and you will see the quantity of the item you selected will diminish on form submission.
