    I would suggest you set up an Autoresponder email with the PDF attachment. Here's a guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.

    Here's how to enable the PDF attachment:

    1. Click the "Emails" button in the toolbar.

    2. Select the Autoresponder and then click the "Edit" button.

    3. Go to the "Advanced" tab and turn on the "PDF attachment".
