How can I send the form to look exactly like the form that the client fills out?

I would like to know how to set it up so the emailed from to the person filling the form look exactly identical rather than the data selected.

If I understand you correctly, you would like the email notification to look exactly like the online form. Is that correct?

You can actually customize the email notification using the email editor. You can set the questions and answers provided by the user. However, it'll not look exactly like the form. 

I'm not sure if you are aware that you can attach a PDF file of the submission to the email notification. You just need to turn on the "PDF attachment" in the "Advanced" tab.

If you want to customize the PDF, then you need to use the PDF Designer. Here's how:

1. In My Forms, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.

2. In the Submissions page, click the "PDF" button and then select the "Customize PDF" option.
