Can I jump to another from based on an answer?

Hi 

Just wondering if it is possible to create a jump to another form trigger.

If i choose a specific value and hit NExt can i then jump to a another form that  created, so changing forms?

You may set up a condition to redirect to a new form after submitting the form using Thank you page.
