Questions About Upgrade / Staying Free

I received an email saying i've reached my upload limit (100 MB), and my forms will be disabled at 12pm today. So My questions are 
1 where do my forms/data go if I don't upgrade (is anything already uploaded affected?)
2 is a subscription billed monthly or annually all at once.
