    Conditions Wizard - Password protection not working

    Asked by LisaMcLain on April 23, 2012 at 01:54 PM

    I implemented the Conditions Wizard to show/hide certain fields or jump to other pages so that a password had to be entered in order to continue to page two. I typed in an incorrect password on purpose instead of the correct one to test the form, and despite entering an incorrect password, it jumps to page two.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your form as well as the condition, I found out that there's a problem of your condition. Can you reset your condition now using this:

    If Password field Not Equals To "justice"

    Then after click the next button skip to page 3

    So, if they inserted the correct password which is "justice" they will proceed to page 2.

    Hope you find it helpful.

    Thank you!

    Hi, I followed your instructions and I can enter the password incorrectly and it will still take me the Page 3.

    @LisaMcLain,

    I'm not sure if the condition isn't right ,but I think it should be "Equals To", so if the value is equal to the correct password, it will then jump to page 2. Simply change "Not Equals To" to "Equals To", see if this works correctly. Thanks!

    Or, you can have If Password Not Equals to 123456 (sample) then Skip to Page 1. This way, they can't proceed to any pages without entering correct password. Check this screen as an example:

    Hope I got your question correctly. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
