Submissions missing and were not deleted

 I am first off frustrated that its no emergency telephone number you can contact when people are putting their business matters into your hands!! We logged in this morning to pulla few client's files and all of the files have been deleted magically. We have been with JotForm for three years now and has received over 5,000 submissions now we are down to less than 600!! I need an explanation and this problem resolved asap. This is such an inconvenience and headache when we can't ever speak to someone verbally about an issue VERY important.

I also checked your account to ensure the your submissions were still there and as far as I can tell, everything is intact.  If you believe submissions are still missing, let us know which form specifically and we will be happy to have a look.
