How can I delete a form?

I try to trash unused forms but the screen goes blank and then when I clock on my forms they are all there again.

To fully delete a form, select the form from your trash, then click on "Purge":

That will remove the form from our system.  I attempted deleting a few of my own test form and was able to do so without issue.  If you are still unable to delete forms from your account, try logging out of your account, clearing your browsers cache/cookies then logging back in.
