    Space limit?

    Hello,

    Since few days, it's impossible to send attached pieces with the entry form. I've just seen after than my space limit was exceeded. I've deleted fewer entry form with lot of photos, but I have always the problem????

     

    Can you help me quickly please. I have an impottant deadline. Thanks

    Hi,

    The available space allocated for a Premium account is 10GB. In the event that your account reaches a number that is close to that limit, you can delete submisisons with huge uploads in order to not go over the limit.

    The submissions of 1000 limit is fixed per month the counter resets every first day of the next month. You may have to delete the submissions from time to time to free up the upload space since a copy of the uploaded data is also kept on the server.

     As a work around you can make use of the Dropbox Integration the uploaded files can be saved in your dropbox account instead.

    Available space refers to the maximum storage your account has, not the total bandwidth your form uploads have consumed.

    I have seen this answer in a couple of places on the forum, specifically that with "Dropbox Integration the uploaded files can be saved in your Dropbox account instead." My question is this - the word "instead" implies that the uploaded files will not be store on Jotform but instead will be stored in your Dropbox thereby not using up your 10GB of upload space. Is this correct?
