    A quien Corresponda:

    El día Jueves realice el tramite correspondiente para incrementar mi cuenta a PREMIUM pero el sistema me mandaba al enviar que había un error y que volviera a intentarlo, lo realice dos veces y me salio el mismo mensaje, pero el banco me notifico que se había realizado dos pagos, me gustaría saber si efectivamente se realizo el pago para que me incrementen la cuenta ya que me urge contratar su servicio.

    Ya envíe con anterioridad un correo similar pero no tuve respuesta, les solicito que me contesten para aclarar esta situación.

    I can't find any receipt of payments associated from your account, so it's possible that you haven't yet subscribe to JotForm. Did you received any receipt of payments from our 3rd party payment gateway, Plimus? If so, please let us know the order reference number so we can check it here.
