i bought Premium plan for 9.95 but the number of submissions in "my forms" is still "x of 100"...why?

Thanks for contacting us. I checked your account and can confirm that you are already upgraded to Premium account with only 23 forms. Try to logout and then relogin your account, your quota should be bale to reflect. In premium account your quota sholud be 1000 normal form submissions.

The submission reset only occurs on the 1st day of the month. Even though you upgrade to premium on the current month, it only increases your limits but will never reset it to zero (0). Everything will reset on 1st day of the next month.
However your account upgrade is immediately in effect.
