Are there alternative subscription plan options?

We are currently on the $9.95 plan and are in need of possibly slightly more than 1,000 submissions per month once or twice a year but not entirely sure it's worth it to bump up to the $39 monthly for the 10,000 submissions per month. Are there any other payment solutions we can chat about?

You seems to be on premium monthly subscription plan which is equivalent to bronze plan. After bronze plan, the next higher plan is silver plan at $39 / month. Please take a look at our pricing page for more information on available plans and its submission limits: https://www.jotform.com/pricing 

Unfortunately we do not offer any custom plan.
