It looks like you have already created the form for your requirement. https://www.jotform.com/form/62706089839166

All we need now is to enter the formula for calculating the total and then feed that into the CC process. To do so, simply follow the steps below:

    1. Add the fields that you will calculate into the "Total Fluff and Fold". Just follow this guide on How to Perform Calculation in the Form?

    2. Then to pass the result to the Square integration, please follow this guide: How to Pass a Calculation to a Payment Field

The result should look like the image below:

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Regards.

Is there any way to pay someone to put this on my form?

For your convenience, I have now applied the formula to the calculation field of your form. I have also included the Extra Charges field in the total calculation.

You can test it out by entering the number of pounds and price per pound values on your form:

However, please note that you will still need to pass the result to the Square payment integration. You need to connect the Square integration with your Square account. Please follow this guide on how to connect your account with Square: Create JotForm Payment Forms Using Square.

Once you have connected your Square account, simply follow this guide to pass the calculation to the Square integration: How to Pass a Calculation to a Payment Field.

Please let us know if you need further assistance, and we will be glad to help you further.
    Regards.

Hi and thanks for helping and getting the fields to work. However, I
cannot get the "Total" to carry over to Square The Drop down menu doesn't
give me the option of selecting "Total Amount Due". It only has several
    "multiply" options.

Sorry, another question. I have added a much needed and forgotten field.
The order number. Can this field be automatically propagated to change
every time an associate uses it to charge a customer, then charge
    another...etc?

The drop down is showing internal field name which is 'multiply17' for your 'Total Fluff and Fold' field. Please see the next animation.

You are probably looking for an autoincrement Unique ID field.
