I've checked your email logs for frbruno_09@yahoo.com. It seems [2016-09-28 01:43:42] Submission #350850615151292526 Form #62710344746455 FAILED to frbruno_09@yahoo.com from noreply@jotform.com via SENDMAIL
To solve that issue, could you please revert the "Sender Email" setting to our default email service provider (noreply@jotform.com)?
