I've checked your email logs for firstname.lastname@example.org. It seems [2016-09-28 01:43:42] Submission #350850615151292526 Form #62710344746455 FAILED to email@example.com from firstname.lastname@example.org via SENDMAIL
To solve that issue, could you please revert the "Sender Email" setting to our default email service provider (email@example.com)?
