Trying to integrate a form with the CRM we use which is Zoho.
Zoho CRM in the leads module requires a First Name and Last Name but the integration wizard keeps trying to just make it FullName?
This is annoying as according to all the reviews, the integration wizard has failed 100% of the time with anyone that has responded with feedback anyway.
I think it may have to do with the fact Zoho wants two separate fields in the name, [First Name] and [Last Name]
Can this be fixed in the wizard? I cannot seem to get it to work at all either.
The phone number field may also be causing issues with integration.Page URL:

It looks like you are using a separate First name and Last name field on your form to integrate with your zoho fields. You will have to use the Full Name field on the form so you can match it with the Full Name field in Zoho CRM.
Select the Full Name field during the integration setup with Zoho. Jotform will automatically pass the Full Name field to the First Name and Last Name fields from Zoho.
May I ask what kind of issue are you experiencing with the phone number field? Please let us know how we can replicate the issue on our end.
