Getting duplicate form submissions.

Hello, this form https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62596742477975

is receiving submissions and payments multiple times from each entry. We are not sure why the entries are being submitted multiple times but they come within seconds for each entry. One of our users mentioned when they hit submit, the loading circle keeps spinning continuously. 

I am sorry for the inconvenience. This is probably because of some technical issue. We are already aware about this, and our Developers are working to debug and fix this issue as early as possible.
