    Hi,
I have created an registration form, but the HTML content is not exporting to Excel and I need this to be there when we export all the submissions. The HTML content is loading up when I view the submissions online though.

This is the same issue I had before in this post and you managed to allow the export of the HTML content. Can you do the same please?

    Thanks,
    James

    Hello James,

In that thread, the issue was with form separator widget not including in Excel export file.

We opened a separate thread for HTML content to be included in Excel file and you can find it here.

Our developers are already working on it.

So you can expect the response regarding that issue there.

    Thank you!

    Hi Nik_C,

Apologies for the confusion about the threads and I am really glad the developers are working on it.

I don't suppose you have any idea when it will be ready and rolled out as I need this functionality soon, unless I can find an alternative option.

I need information do be displayed depending on what the user chooses. I was thinking about the HTML content but I am wondering if a simple title field will work instead and appear on the Excel export.

    Thanks

    James

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA for the issue that is forwarded to our backend team. Once the issue is resolved, you'll be posted on the respective thread. As an alternate solution, you may consider displaying the text in the Text Area or text field depending on the size of the text and mark it as read only filed to avoid any changes to the text.
