We've been having technical issues with Jotform most of today, frustratingly our forms cannot be submitted as we get 'Temporarily Unavailable' error with 'We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience'
We use Jotform for client assessments and student coursework so when things like this happens, work is getting lost.
I don't know if it's relevant that we're on the EU server?
Anyway, Jotform is this a known issue that is being resolved?
Anyone else having the same issues?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
We had a technical glitch and the issue was fixed by our backend team. I would suggest you to please test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.
