Hi,
My email keeps ending up on the Block List and I have to remove it. Removing it is not a problem once I am aware of it. Sometimes a week or more goes by and I find I have missed forms which I'm relying on.
How can this be stopped as it is very irritating and adds to my work load?
Please help.

Having your email provider whitelist our sending IP's is the best way to ensure emails are not rejected or filtered:

It is also possible to set your email notification to be sent from your own address instead via SMTP:
https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
If your email provider is filtering our services, sending from yours instead would allow the emails to go through. However, if the emails are being filtered for content, this would have no affect since the content would still be the same.
