Why am I still not receiving email notifications of my forms?

    I am not receiving email notifications of my forms. My clients are now not receiving notifications of their forms and I still can't login to JotForm from Safari. It says I have the incorrect username, which works on all other browsers.

    The recipient email in the form is again placed in our bounce list. This is the reason why your client is not getting emails anymore. 

    I've fixed this to our end. But based on the result, it seems that we are still blocked. Please ask your client to add noreply@jotform.com to her contact or safe sender list. Moreover, whitelisting is still recommended.
