I'm getting the following message when I submit a test message from our JotForm:
Incomplete Values. There are incomplete fields in your submission Please go back and fix the problem(s).
Please advise.

It looks like you are currently using the source code to embed the form to your page. Have you made any changes to your form lately? I would like to inform you that if you are using the source code and you've made any changes to your form after, you will have to re-embed the source code to your form.
Please try re-embedding the form to your page with the latest source code. If the issue still persists, please let us know. Regards.
